TPP are working with a charity based in Central London to recruit an Office Manager.

Main duties for the Office Manager:
Assist with conference management
Dealing with all enquiries to do with the internet and IT systems
Processing and managing invoices
Manage holiday forms and entitlement
Producing bulk mailouts
Managing electronic diaries
Reception cover
Managing onsite catering for meetings and conferences
Stock taking

Essential criteria for the Office Manager:
Office management experience
Previous experience of negotiating with suppliers
Strong MS office skills
Strong administration skills
Excellent communication skills
