TPP is working with a fantastic grant giving organisation to recruit an experienced Office Manager on a part time basis, 4 days per week.
Main duties for the Office Manager:
Control and purchase of stationary
Administration support to the Director when required
Support with grants administration when required
Support with governance and risk matters
Liaise with external organisations and provide hands technical support to staff
Management of photocopier, telephone systems, online banking system
Ensure that policies procedures and training materials are up to date
Essential criteria for the Office Manager:
Administration and office management
knowledge of databases and websites
Charity sector experience
