A well-known membership organisation based in London is seeking an Office Manager to join their team. the successful candidate will have experience of running an office and dealing with external suppliers.

Main duties for the Office Manager:
Managing the front of house- greeting visitors
First point of call for phone calls
Liaising with external suppliers
Emptying the dishwasher
Ensuing the office environment is clean and tidy
Supporting the staff with any queries on the database
Dedicated first aider

Essential criteria for the Office Manager:
Strong communication skills
Strong organisation skills
Ability to multi task and have a hands-on approach
Strong customer service skills
