A fantastic small social welfare charity in South West London is currently seeking an experienced Office Manager for a long term maternity cover contract. You will be responsible overall running of the reception and the building.
Key responsibilities of the Office Manager:
Manage and ensure the reception area is covered, supervise 2 reception staff.
Maintain existing relationships with external facility suppliers and ensure their service level agreements are being met.
Personable stakeholder engagement with building users: residents, community hall and office.
Responsible for stationary/equipment levels and health&safety.
Conduct risk assessments.
Essential criteria of the Office Manager:
Experience within a similar role and work environment.
Supervisory experience and of coordinating a reception area.
Excellent engagement skills complimented by a personable friendly approach.
Experience of managing contractors and suppliers.
Knowledgeable with regards to Health and Safety.
