TPP are working with a Central London University, supporting them to recruit an Office Coordinator on a part time basis (21 hours per week).
The focus of this role will be to manage a range of duties to support the effective operations of the Faculty, including the management of office space, coordination of facilities and managing inductions and be the point of contact for the those leaving the Institution. In addition, you'll be tasked with process and system audit reviews, implementing improvements as you see necessary alongside administrative duties as required.
You'll have excellent organisational skills, experience with office management including involvement in relocation projects. With strong interpersonal skills, you'll be well versed in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
