An education charity has a brilliant opportunity for anyone who has an interest in starting down the IT route as an Office Coordinator. Have you built your own PC at home or something similar? If yes, then keep reading. The client is looking for an all round administrator to help on their programmes and general office needs. This role offers benefits, including flexible working.
Key responsibilities of the Office Coordinator:
* Assist with adhoc admin support to the programme delivery teams
* IT basic general office support, utilising the existing external IT supplier
* Assisting with setting up new work stations and maintaining systems
* Maintaining general office suppliers ie stationary and education materials
It is essential that you demonstrate a real interest in IT support and want to develop your basic knowledge further. You should ensure your CV clearly shows any previous office based experience. Excellent communication skills will be key in this role as you support your colleagues and work with various external suppliers. A natural ability to utilise strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships will be key. Have the ability to work accurately and as part of a team while multitasking. Be willing to learn and undertake training in-post.
