Our client is a well-established not for profit based in Whiteley, Hampshire.
You can expect a family-vibe from the office culture, fairly informal and quite casual with dress down and takeaways every Friday.
They are recruiting an experienced Administrator to help process donations and thank supporters in writing.
Within this varied administrative role, you will be responsible for keeping donors records up to date, via their new CRM database.
If you do not already have experience working within a charity office you will receive training, including the processing of Gift Aid and the CRM itself.
On any given day you will provide broad admin support to the fundraising team and act as first point of call for incoming enquiries.
You will also be responsible for stock-keeping of fundraising merchandise, incoming and outgoing mail and monitoring the departments inbox.
