Our client, a professional body based in London, is seeking their next Office Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their office support skills further and offers a competitive salary. It is a permanent full time opportunity.

Key responsibilities for this Office Administrator opportunity:

Work proactively to establish and maintain effective office support, procedures and systems
Supporting the PA/office manager to ensure the smooth running of the office
Act as first point of contact for all general and administrative enquiries
Effective management of the administrative Outlook email inbox
Meeting and diary coordination, plus meeting note taking
Co-ordinating and arranging travel and accommodation
Lead on ordering office supplies and consumables and tracking spend

Essential criteria for this Office Administrator opportunity:

Experience in a similar role providing administration support to a large team
Strong admin and IT skills confident with MS Office, Skype, SharePoint and CRM systems
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to ensure high level of service to colleagues, members and external stakeholders
Highly organised with the ability to work on own initiative to be able to prioritise own workload with minimal supervision
Experience in minute taking , strong influencing and problem-solving skills
