A charity is offering a upskill opportunity as an all rounder in a small office environment, there is also a option to discuss part time working 3 - 4 days if that is your preference. Their office is based in Central London and the nature of the role does require being in the office three days a week, the rest of the days from home. You will be joining as Office Admin Coordinator.

Key responsibilities for the Office Admin Coordinator include general office organising around administration, meetings and reports. You will get hands on with data entry, meeting note taking, plus written communication to external stakeholders. Such as thank you letters for donations. You will also assist on booking travel, meeting rooms and general office supplies. Process donations and assist with general review of manuals plus policies across the office.

Essential criteria for the Office Admin Coordinator:

* Experience with general support within a small office for a charity or non profit
* First class organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Used to working on systems that house data and doing data entry
* Being numerate and confident around spreadsheets and budgets would be an advantage
* Ability to act on own initiative
