I am very excited to be working with one of the most well-known National Charities to help them recruit a National Fundraising Manager for 12 months. This is not your ordinary role, as it offers a vast amount of scope and thinking out of the box. We are looking for someone who is dynamic and although working at a senior fundraising level, enjoys grass root fundraising. They need to be willing to travel and have extensive experience in building up external and internal relationships.
Within this role you will be developing and implementing an exciting new community fundraising strategy, with the ground work already there and the current networks of volunteers this is a unique opportunity to start with a clean slate.
As well as this you will be working and managing a team ensuring that they are motivated and working to the overall fundraising strategies. With many National Events taking place across the UK you will be highly involved an generating income and creating individual packages.
Do you have?
Proven, recent experience of developing and implementing community based fundraising and events.
Recent experience of managing and motivating teams
Experience of setting, managing and monitoring complex budgets
Recent experience of developing and working with fundraising volunteer networks and groups
Strong & effective communication, presentation and influencing skills
