We are recruiting on behalf of a well established community based charity who are looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation Data Researcher to join their database division.
Main duties for the Monitoring and Evaluation Data Researcher:
Use high performance impact and quality monitoring to expand the use of robust data
Analyse quantitive and qaulative data and present robust analysis
Use performance data to deliverer analysis
Use analytical platforms to increase the power of data to gain insights and improve impact
Essential criteria for the Monitoring and Evaluation Data Researcher:
Previous experience of measuring impact, analysing data and trends
Experience of using management information and developing statically valid approaches using large data complex data sets using SPSS
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to train staff
