Employment Type: Temp- opportunity to go Perm

Salary/rate: Up to £13.73 per hour (25k)

Working hours: Monday- Friday

My client is a membership body who work with members to continually improve their responsible business practice. They do this through participation in Business in the Community's ground-breaking campaigns and programmes, businesses can collaborate and help to bring about lasting change on a wider scale which benefits both business and society.

This role is a great development opportunity for somebody early in their career and keen to get into responsible business and sustainability. The role is within the Membership Team - which is their business-facing team. This team exists to drive greater engagement with businesses, growing the responsible business movement in order to collectively drive greater impact.

Main responsibilities:

  • Team scheduling and diary management, including coordinate team meetings and team away days (4 a year) this includes preparing logistics of room booking, and powerpoint preparations
  • Coordinate team training and briefing
  • Provide diary management support for the membership senior management team.
  • Administration of the digital membership tool library, ensuring the tools needed are well tagged and easy to find
  • Ensuring relationship management data is up to date and useful including: error reporting and amending and driving specific initiatives and projects to ensure our member data is accurate and insightful.
  • Supporting the Senior Management of the membership team including: Administrative support on the recruitment process.
  • Supporting non member engagement to help grow the movement including: Driving an efficient follow up process to non member enquiries that come to the team, administrative support for non member events preparation and follow up
  • General administrative support for the membership team.
