An established membership body based in London are seeking a Membership Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience of working within membership and will have fantastic telephone skills.
Main duties for the Membership Administrator:
First point of contact for telephone enquiries from members and prospective members
Monitor incoming emails to share inbox
Maintain and update membership records
Send out correspondence and certificates to members
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders
Essential criteria for the Membership Administrator:
Previous experience working for a membership or professional body
Strong administration skills
Excellent telephone manner and relationship building skills
Ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines
