Our client is a leading non-profit professional membership organisation who are currently recruiting an experienced Membership/Volunteer Development Manager.
Having recently completed a strategic review, our client, who relies heavily on a complex network of professional volunteers (members), is looking for someone to manage these external relationships.
You will play an integral part in building strong relationships with their national network of regional branches, improving both stakeholder communications, overall engagement and in-turn, volunteer activity.
Within this varied role, you will also support the Head of Membership to focus on growth and retention of members, plus improvements of the membership proposition and benefits.
This role has a national remit, so some travel is required, although you are unlikely to be on the road every week.
