Our client, an established chartered body for the UK is offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced membership support candidate to join their ranks during a period of growth. This will initially be a 1 year contract and is based in London.
Key responsibilities for the Membership Services Officer:
Processing membership and registered practices applications
Supporting on membership renewals and processing payments
Responding to enquiries (via email and by phone) from prospective members, existing general public
Updating member records on the CRM database
Provide general admin adhoc support
Essential criteria for the Membership Services Officer:
Experience in handling customers/customer service experience
Used to using CRM Systems for recording purposes
Sound knowledge of processing payments
Good organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent telephone manner and able to communicate to a range of audiences
