Your strategic direction, with the support of various teams already in place, will directly impact membership income generation. A demonstrable track record in successfully delivering membership retention income will give you the confidence required to perform well in this post. Your keen analytical ability to use data insights from membership behaviour trends will be key in achieving your goals. You will bring a good understanding of renewal processes and what makes a good customer experience.
