A well respected international professional membership body is looking for a Membership Registration Support Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis for 8-12 weeks.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a dedicated team with the delivery of a high-quality customer care and day to day administration of the Society's membership in the run up to the strategy and planning meeting for their flagship annual event, their World Congress.
Your effective data management skills, excellent attention for detail and a strong desire to provide a first-class customer service will be required to support the team in its preparations and delivery of their flagship events programme, including the run up to the abstract submission deadline and the three-day strategy and planning meeting to finalise details for their World Congress in October.
Core duties include acting as the first point of contact for the Society, providing a high level of customer care to support member queries and the associated administration using the CRM system. You will provide administrative support for multiple projects, primarily events administration for their World Congress as well as for the abstract submission services.
