Our client is a leading Professional Membership organisation based in Corby,
They are recruiting an experienced Membership professional to help develop their member-orientated services.
Our client already offers a broad range of products, including E-learning, qualifications and member benefits, but it will be your responsibility to develop these products ensuring the messaging is on-point and tailoring each service to individual demographic/ member-groups, to help transition from a "one size fits all" approach.
Predominantly, liaising with the organisations internal stakeholders, you will work closely with multiple membership and marketing departments to gather information and help build useful insight and research.
You will also have an opportunity to coordinate surveys and member focus-groups to help better understand the needs of your members.
