This will be an initial 12 month contract, which is expected to extend.
We are working with an independent professional body to recruit for a Membership Officer. Working in the membership department you will be part of an existing team fielding incoming queries and assisting those that wish to join the membership.
As the Membership Officer, you will respond and follow up all assigned enquiries via email, telephone, and letters meeting customer's needs. As well as general administration support. Logging all enquiries and opportunities on the CRM system. You will proactively follow-up on enquiries and support campaigns.
