We are currently working with a national membership body who are seeking a proactive membership administrator/officer to join their small, albeit dynamic team to play a key part in supporting, developing and representing their members.
You will be the first point of contact for 1400 members via email and telephone dealing with all membership queries and managing administration including monthly renewals and processing invoices, so strong communications and high quality customer service is vital.
You will work alongside the Head of Membership in looking for ways to increase membership retention and recruitment as well as assisting with events such as new member lunches, annual conference etc.
To be successful in this post you will possess the following:
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word e.g. mail merge, reporting
- Knowledge of working with CRM and integrated databases such as Salesforce
- Good working experience of high customer service standards
- Excellent copy-writing skills
