A recognised leading professional body based in London is currently seeking a Membership Coordinator for their team.
Main duties for the Membership Coordinator:
Responsible for postal, email, telephone and face to face queries
Working within a team to provide customer service assistance to members, non-members and members of the general public
Administration of membership renewal and processes
Membership retention and recruitment
Essential criteria for the Membership Coordinator:
Strong customer service ability and experience
Proficient in Word and Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to travel to events and conferences
Experience working with a membership CRM system
Experience of minute taking
