This is an exciting opportunity to join the team to ensure the smooth running of the customer service and administration of the department. You will be line managing 4 to 5 staff.

The real focus of this role and department is to retain and grow members. They currently have 90% retention but are looking to improve this figure. Are you a Membership expert who can bring retention initiative ideas to the team?

As well as managing the team, you will lead on distinct projects which are part of delivering the membership and retention strategy, including operational and logistical management, the development and implementation of improvements to administrative processes, delivering small grants to successful membership applicants, and collaborating with other departments and external agencies as required.

You will play a key role in shaping the success of the membership experience and meeting/exceeding retention targets with your outstanding customer care and administrative abilities.

As the Membership services Manager you will work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to lead in managing an effective and smooth running team. Providing excellent customer service to 30,000 plus.
