TPP are proud to be working with an incredible charity that have been established since 1921. They have 180,000 members and 110,000 volunteers.

They are looking for a Membership Events Coordinator to join the team intially on a 12 month contract. This is very likely to go permanent after the 12 months.

This role will be home based with travel to the London office for meetings. This role will support the annual conference that has over 1000 attendees and two other smaller events throughout the year. Depending on location of the event in the UK you may need to stay away from home for 2-3 days.

In time there could be an opportunity for growth if you have an interest in increasing the number of events you support.

You will oversee and coordinate delivery of Annual Conference and other Membership events. You will provide support to Conference Committee and assists in governance and coordinating of activities to deliver the
Annual Conference. To build and manage the branch database of compliant branches.

You will provide secretarial and administration support to the Conference committee. You will organise the committee meetings, liaise with the Chairman and members of the committee and you will write, publish and distribute the conference committee minutes and reports and keep the electronic records up to date, to follow up on any outstanding action points.

Annual conference and Membership events - You will act as the first point of contact and a coordinator between the departments involved in the run up and during the event coordinate department responses to internal and external queries related to Annual Conference including exhibition and the running order. You will coordinate tasks relating to the organisation of the Annual Conference with Events and Governance teams mostly through the monthly Programme Board meetings. You will invite and coordinate preparation and delivery of bi-annual County Chairmen seminars
