We are working with an established Membership organisation to recruit a Membership Engagement Officer; the successful candidate will have a proven track record within membership management. Although there is not a direct line report you will be overseeing the workload of the Assistant in the team.
Main areas of responsibility for the Membership Engagement Officer: Planning, management and delivery of the membership function Planning and delivery of engagement strategy and activities Data protection Resource and service administration
Duties: Manage member life cycle Manage and review processes: enquiry, renewals and resignation/lapsed Manage annual subscription Lead on monitoring and report on renewal and new member figures Planning and delivery of engagement activities including events Maintain the CRM database and ensure data protection regulations are followed Assist with annual income and expenditure budgets are assigned
