We are pleased to offer a great job opportunity on behalf of the Association of Anaesthetists, a professional membership organisation with over 10,000 members. This is an exciting time to be joining as the organisation is currently working towards achieving the objectives set out in a new and bold strategy. This role plays a key part of this new way forward. The new Member Engagement Manager will be responsible for optimising member engagement, enhancing member value, increasing existing member retention and new member acquisition. You will develop current and future member services on offer by championing the new CRM/CMS, ensuring value for money, optimised participation and excellent service.
The Association of Anaesthetists, founded in 1932, represents the largest medical specialty in the NHS. Anaesthetists (including intensive care and pain specialists) are involved in over 60% of episodes of in-patient care in the NHS. Membership is open to those doctors practising or training in anaesthesia, or allied medical disciplines.
You will be an experienced, strategic membership professional, who has an in depth knowledge of membership recruitment, retention, engagement and development. You will have strong knowledge and understanding of CRM/CMS systems, and have experience in managing online and face-to-face member services. You will also be a highly analytical professional, with a strong ability to spot new trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
