TPP are working with a Membership organisation to recruit a Membership Co-ordinator. This organisation has 21,000 members across 95 countries.
The Membership Co-ordinator will be responsible for providing daily assistance to members, delivering information to potential members on joining , and maintaining accurate membership records through the database.
Some of the Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
*First point of contact for telephone inquiries from members, prospective members, executive/branch officers and the general public
*Maintain and update membership records
*Processing new Affiliate membership applications and liaising with Professional Development team to ensure they are reviewed. Deal with any resulting queries.
*Input weekly enrolment information and oversee related administration on the database of new students and Affiliate Members
*Send 'invitation to upgrade' emails and Upgrade Application Forms to those who are eligible to upgrade
*Process Restricted/Retired member applications and deal with resulting queries
*Input weekly exams, resits and transfers on to the database
*Assist with Inputting new Essay Route applicant details, topics chosen, papers submitted and pass results
*Sending membership certificates to newly approved Full Members
*Ownership of scanning and electronically filing approved application forms
*Assist in the annual membership renewals process
Hours of Work: 9.00am - 5.30pm (some flexibility provided)
*Strong telephone manner and customer service skills (E)
*Excellent communications and writing skills and a strong command of the English language(E)
*Accurate data inputting skills (E)
*Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel (E)
*Experience in working with a contact/membership database (E)
*Experience in working with Salesforce (D)
