We are working with an organisation that supports the education sector to recruit a Relationship Development Manager, the successful candidate will have experience of working within a higher education setting and will have excellent face to face relationship building skills.

Main duties for the Relationship Development Manager:
Manage and improve relationships with members
Ensuring that members are receiving excellent service
Reviewing member offering
Support with retention of members
Meeting with members face to face, delivering sessions on additional services
Prepare proposals and supporting documents
Visit new and existing members across the country when required

Essential criteria for the Relationship Development Manager:
Experience of working within higher education or knowledge of the education sector
Previous experience of account management, sales, membership or supporter relations
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to travel
Knowledge of the education sector
Fundraising or charity experience would be desirable
Excellent writing skills
Strong MS office skills
