TPP is working with a well-recognised membership organisation to recruit a Member Journey Advisor.
Main duties for the Member Journey Advisor:
Dealing with all member enquiries- assisting with any member needs
Logging all enquiries on the CRM system
Conducting initial reviews
Supporting retention campaigns
Testing the system
Essential criteria for the Member Journey Advisor:
Excellent communication skills
Previous membership or customer service experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent MS office skills
