Do you have recent experience working on a GP reception desk? Experienced with the use of SystmOne or EMIS WEB patient records database?

TPP Healthcare is always seeking experienced medical receptionists to work with various clients across London and currently have a number of immediate openings for Receptionists, ranging from short to long term (part time and full time).

Main duties includes:

Dealing with patient enquiries over the phone and face to face.

Booking and cancelling appointments for clinics.

Admin duties such as scanning, filing and deductions.

Other ad hoc reception and administrative tasks as required.


Experience required:

Experience using SystmOne or EMIS WEB and DOCMAN system.

Must have a current CRB/DBS check or be willing to complete one.

Recent experience of working as a GP Administrator or Receptionist.

Excellent customer service skills.
