We are looking for hard working and personable NHS experienced candidates to work for one of our healthcare clients in Chelsea and Kensington area.

This role is to work 5 days per week, 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday (£10.00ph) however there is some flexibility to start earlier or finish later.

Must also be available 2 work two weekends per month (12.50ph for weekends)

You will be;

  • An excellent communicator
  • Confident, highly organised with an ability to prioritise workload and duties
  • Experienced in Customer Support
  • Previous experience working in the NHS
  • IT Literate
  • System experienced on Emis Web or SystmOne
  • Interested in Healthcare
  • Available for full time hours
  • A strong team player

Duties include;

  • New patient registrations
  • First line of contact via phone and email
  • Data entry
  • Using clinical system SystmOne
  • Working occasional weekends
  • Previous Healthcare and Customer service experience is essential
