This role will work closely with the Communications and Fundraising teams to shape multi-channel campaigns and deliver a strong return - not only on investment, but also in quantifiable engagement.
You will have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to tailor your communications for different external audiences, including internal stakeholders. A results-driven, data-based attitude is essential for this role, as well as a pragmatic approach to resourcing to ensure that expectations can be managed.
You will have excellent web management skills with proven experience of raising funds as part of multi-channel campaigns. Data analysis will be vital, and you will have experience of interpreting stats to optimize performance and advise colleagues on the optimal digital approach to achieving their goals. With a positive and friendly attitude, you'll be willing to muck in with all things digital, and able to get colleagues on-side quickly.
