This leading health charity is looking for a digital marketing manager to join their fundraising team in order to increase their ‘individual giving’ donors. The supporter acquisition programme is being reviewed and they are now entering a new phase of activity which is aimed at strengthening their digital marketing processes to enable a more agile, targeted and personalised approach to the way they communicate with their valuable supporters into 2016 & beyond.
The Marketing Manager will pro-actively support the Individual Giving Head of Marketing in an exciting period of digital innovation and positive change.
The appointed candidate will be a self-starter who demonstrates a passion for the cause while managing the delivery of effective, integrated and measured supporter recruitment campaigns & initiatives. Confident in delivering robust, data-led test & learn strategies & initiatives, you are naturally motivated to bring and celebrate success to a team hungry to make a tangible difference to people with this condition.
You’ll demonstrate a keen focus on development and retention programmes and their associated budgets & you will thrive on achieving success for the team & the organisation’s supporters alike. You will be a leader in the implementation of the charity’s innovative test and learn CRM plan for fundraising.
