TPP is currently working with a leading health and medical charity who are looking to hire a Marketing Lead who will be responsible for planning and delivering all marketing activity for our client, and will lead a team of 2. This is a newly created post, due a re-organisation and a refocus of it's activities.

As an experienced marketing professional who has operated at a senior level in the charity sector, your duties and responsibilities will include :

  • Ensure our client has highly effective brand and content strategies that support the charity's vision.

  • Work with managers to develop and create high quality, compelling content, including, but not limited to: video, photography, images, infographics, website assets and leaflet design files for use across all teams.

  • Build brand visibility and work with internal and external stakeholders to amplify our client's brand across core audiences.
  • Provide leadership and line management to a team of 2.

Your experience will include :

  • Strong knowledge of all areas of marketing.
  • Experience in the charity sector preferred but not essential.
  • Experience of both brand and content strategy development.
  • Excellent understanding of design
  • Excellent understanding of content development
  • Experience of brand and key messaging
  • Experience of line management, including motivating, managing, coaching and developing staff
  • Experience of planning and delivering projects
  • Knowledge of digital requirements and understanding of different online communication methods
