Hybrid - Home and Office Based (occasional travel and overnight stays required)

As a Marketing Executive, you'll be at the heart of their fundraising efforts. You'll manage and improve multi-channel campaigns aimed at enhancing the lifetime value of their existing supporters. From digital marketing to direct mail, you'll oversee every aspect of donor development campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and delivery donor development campaigns across various channels, including digital, direct mail, telephony, and SMS.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver compelling campaigns that engage our donors and meet KPIs.
- Liaise with the Data Team to refine targeting strategies, ensuring maximum donor engagement and net income.
- Monitor campaign costs, manage invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure all supporter communications adhere to regulatory standards, working closely with legal bodies and external suppliers.

They are looking for an experienced marketer with a knack for project management and a passion for driving results. You'll have:
- Experience in direct marketing within a commercial or fundraising environment.
- Knowledge of both print and digital production processes.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
