TPP is currently working with a nationwide disability charity who support people with an acquired brain injury, autism, and learning or physical disabilities to help them live as independently as possible.
They are seeking to hire a Marketing & Communications Lead who will be responsible s Lead, you will be responsible for pulling together Marketing, Media Relations and Internal Communications in a strong, cohesive approach. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies and integrating internal and external communications in a concentrated push to engage stakeholders.
Your duties and responsibilities across Marketing, Internal Communications & Media Relations include :
- Build and develop marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Provide leadership to the Marketing Manager and build a roster of celebrity ambassadors and patrons, engaging them in our client's work.
- Build media relations activity, identifying key contacts and building a network of media contacts. disabilities may face.
- Prepare engaging, incisive media materials.
- Build the right narrative and two-way communications approaches internally, ensuring their staff are able to engage across multiple channels.
- Work with the Internal Communications Manager to ensure that staff are receiving information in a timely way.
- Work with the Internal Communications Manager, and colleagues across the Trust, to deliver events, such as staff conferences and roadshows.
Your experience and skillsets will include :
- Demonstrable knowledge of developing and delivering communications and marketing activity
- Proven knowledge about media relations and developing the right narrative for various outlets.
- Sound understanding of the effectiveness of various communications channels and the ability to translate complex information into meaningful communications
- Proven knowledge of creating and delivering integrated, strategic marketing and communications plans.
- Proven experience of delivering media relations activity, which builds the right story
