TPP is proud to be partnering with a global girls' youth charity to recruit for Major Donor Manager. The role is paying up to £37k depending on experience, permanent and based in London.


The charity helps over a billion girls in the world to achieve their unlimited potential. They seek to create an environment where girls can learn by doing, make friends and have fun. They fundamentally believe all girls should be safe from judgement, stereotyping and violence. The charity aims to achieve this through their campaigns and programmes within the community.

The role

You will be responsible for generating income through high-net worth individuals. You will build on existing relationships and develop new ones. You will particularly manage a relationship with a longstanding society which has a group of committed mid-value donors. Additionally, you will develop new initiatives to generate income from the higher end of giving. Finally, you will ensure there is a robust donor engagement and stewardship strategy for all levels of donors.

Person Specification

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of securing five figure/multi-year gifts from HNWI. You will also have experience of developing donor cultivation and stewardship plans. Finally, you will be an excellent communicator, with a natural ability to build rapport to engage and enthuse donors.
