We have just started working with leading health charity who are searching for a Major Donor Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone already working in major donor fundraising and wants to work on securing significant donations.

You will be responsible for achieving financial targets by making financial asks to a pool of prospects, you will have your own portfolio but also support your manager with larger asks which will ensure continued professional development.  

You will develop exciting and tailored stewardship plans for your donors and will maintain levels of giving as well as identifying innovative opportunities to uplift the support. You will also get to be part of some exciting special events.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

- Proven experience of developing relationships with supporters

- Some experience of managing and developing relationships with wealthy individuals

- Experience of communicating persuasively both verbally and in writing

- A creative and outgoing personality with excellent attention to detail.
