A leading membership organisation in central London who train, support and develop healthcare professionals in the UK, are recruiting for a Learning Management System Product Owner for their new online lifelong learning project.

With a transformation underway in the way they work with technology to support training, this organisation are looking for someone to join their busy training team to lead a new lifelong learning platform and management system as well as develop and maximise the value of the existing e-Portfolio system.

As the Product Owner, you will oversee the delivery and development in administering the online systems for maintaining professional training and development records for healthcare professionals.

You'll work closely with external developers and stakeholders to apply Agile methodologies and process analysis to review, improve and drive forward the lifelong learning platform. Essentially, you will be able to work with uders and developers to road map the way forward for the platform to be used both in the UK and internationally.

Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, your goal will be to deliver a high-quality product to meet the needs of a broad range of users and will provide reports to the Education, Training and Examinations Board. You'll do this through understanding the voice of users and prioritising their needs and delivering necessary solutions.


To be considered, you will need to have experience in a similar role and will have an in-depth understanding of:
* online learner systems
* Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall techniques
* database design/user experience design
* service desk processes
* working with development partners
