This national disabled and community engagement charity is looking for an experienced passionate and strategic Legacy Marketing Manager to drive their legacy fundraising forward during an exciting period of growth.
You will be joining an energetic and enthusiastic team and a caring and community-minded group of people who come to work to enable people’s lives to change for the better.
As Legacy Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the development and delivery of activity to acquire and develop legacy pledgers, considerers and enquirers, including legacy mailing and telemarketing activity, delivering a programme of legacy events to maximise income.
Your ability to demonstrate creative and innovative thinking will deliver an effective stewardship programme for legacy pledgers, and your interpersonal skills will deliver a new training programme for staff and volunteers.
The organisation has a real focus on staff development, investing in people to inspire and motivate them to find real meaning and purpose in their roles. As part of the fundraising team you will have the opportunity to study an Institute of Fundraising diploma or certificate, as well as other training and development opportunities.
You will be based at the charities impressive new national office. Throughout your working day you will enjoy a panoramic view across the city, and a flexible working environment that encourages fluidity of ideas, creativity and community. At lunchtime you will be able to take advantage of a riverside walk or a yoga class within the office, or one of the many dining options on your doorstep.
