TPP Recruitment are currently partnering with a brilliant, leading and highly innovate animal charity who are currently recruiting for a Senior Legacy Marketing Executive Development candidate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering direct marketing campaigns and supporter communications that will drive supporter conversion and retention to generate future Legacy income.

Primary responsibility in driving this lies in supporting the Legacy Marketing Manager Development by providing input into developing and implementing strategic objectives, operational plans and budgets in line with overarching Fundraising and the charity's corporate strategies to maximise future potential income from supporters leaving gifts in their Wills, through promoting legacy products to existing supporters to the charity and converting and stewarding those that enquire about the products in response to Recruitment campaigns.

The role will also manage and oversee the Legacy Marketing Executive responsible for the day to day running of campaigns and activities, to ensure annual supporter conversion targets are met.
Gifts left to this charity in Wills provide the biggest income stream to the charity at £65-£70 million per annum.

Key duties for this role will include:

*Activation of annual plans through delivery of supporter development activities (direct marketing campaigns, communications and events) to achieve agreed objectives and targets, with continual review and improvement as required.
*Review reports of expenditure and campaign performance every month to check accuracy and provide commentary on performance for senior management.
*Monitor, report and analyse campaigns and activity and share with stakeholders making recommendations for future activity.
*Responsible for the planning and implementation of supporter development conversion and stewardship campaigns across all integrated channels, managing the marketing executive to ensure campaigns are delivered on time ensuring KPI's are achieved for response and projected ROI and expenditure.
*Work with the Data and Insight team to agree targeting approach and data selection criteria for campaigns. Recommend and agree data selection hierarchy across multiple campaigns running concurrently to ensure responsible supporter contact management, including agreement with others teams such as Individual Giving where there is cross team campaign crossover. Use data selection to decide event locations for the annual programme based on volume of appropriate supporters.
*Ensure there are effective processes and guidance in place for the fulfilment of supporter enquiries both in response to campaigns and unsolicited/ad hoc requests.
*Further development of the supporter events programme, leading on event planning and execution including setting of standards to meet supporter expectations.
*Identify and take advantage of opportunities to develop one to one relationships with supporters.
*Develop processes to improve performance and efficiency.
