An opportunity has arisen to join a leading disability charity as Legacy Manager. The charity delivers disability services, community projects, education and training resources which promote inclusion and wellbeing. This is an exciting time for the charity which is investing substantially in the fundraising team and aspires to increase voluntary income by 50% over the next four years.
Working closely with the Head of IG you will develop and deliver on the Legacy giving strategy. You will lead on all marketing materials and mailings. Additionally, you will particularly focus on delivering a series of legacy events. You will manage a Legacy Admin Officer with a view to recruit a Legacy Officer in the next year. You will also promote legacy internally through training and development opportunities.
You will be joining a super friendly fundraising team in a luxurious office environment that has a real buzz about it. The team is currently smashing its fundraising targets and is seeking a real people person who can build relationships with donors/supporters. From this you will have sound understanding and experience of legacy fundraising.
The charity offers flexible working which includes working from home, flexitime and the option to condense hours e.g. full-time hours into 4 days etc. You will also benefit from 25 days annual leave, training and development opportunities from the Institute of Fundraising and a fantastic coffee machine!
