TPP recruitment are delighted to be supporting one of the UK's leading children's charity as they look to recruit a new Legacy Development Manager. This is an exciting time for this team as they look to work off the back of the success they have seen recently and develop a strategy to ensure that legacies are at the minds of their supporters.

This is a new post and will be responsible for developing the strategy to ensure gifts in wills are at the front of their existing supporters minds and are consistently promoted by their staff. They are now keen to explore how they can grow their legacy income through maximising our existing supporter relationships. You will ensure legacy giving is promoted by fundraisers across the directorate, by equipping colleagues with the knowledge they need, and leveraging our events and stewardship portfolio. Contribute to the growth of legacy income by advising on specialist donor enquiries and attending meetings with supporters as necessary. Explore innovative ways to ensure supporters leave a gift to the NSPCC.
You will have knowledgeable in legacy giving and able to communicate with a wide variety of people, including directly with supporters. Key is that you can identify and act on opportunities to increase legacy messaging, through existing communication channels and activities. You will have experience of successfully delivering legacy engagement events and increasing legacy pledgers through these. Writes and speaks with ease and has the ability to present in a clear and persuasive way to a range of audiences.
