A leading medical membership organisation in central London who train, support and develop healthcare professionals in the UK, are recruiting now for a Learning Stakeholder Manager to work closely with the Learning Team in a new role for the organisation.

This is a permanent position with flexible and remote working options. The role provides opportunity for travel and a mix of team and independent working.

This role has been created due to a renewed strategy and focus on developing and diversifying the organisation's Learning Offer, increasing the use of technology-enhanced, digital and remote learning methods, looking to create long term change in the medical sector.

As the Learning Stakeholder Manager, you will work with external stakeholders to understand their learning needs and support the development of bespoke education and training solutions for individuals and organisations. You will review the existing learning offer and existing network of stakeholders in order to create insight, assess educational impact, assess revenue potential, and identify new opportunities to develop new learning content and packages for various needs, feeding this back into the wider learning team and in-house medical education subject experts.

The role will involve project management such as managing budgets, writing reports, developing proposals and managing relationships and contracts.

To be considered, you will be experienced in project or programme management within adult education, learning and development or commercial training. You'll have strong knowledge of learning industry trends with experience of developing business cases and working with external agencies and consultants within the education and training sector. You will be experienced in managing external stakeholder relationships with the ability to generate data to create insights and find solutions.
