A global financial awarding and membership body are recruiting for a Learning Operations Manager to lead a team of 4 programme managers and manage the operational delivery of qualifications, public training and eLearning.
This role will require you to take on a hands on approach in all aspects such as enrolments, supporting students through pathways, managing the LMS and course materials as well as providing support to your team and aiming to get the best out of them.
You will have previous operational management experience within an professional education setting, and have had direct line management experience previously over a team which are required to meet targets in terms of timeframes, quality assurance standards and customer satisfaction.
You will be someone who can demonstrate identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities and be able to articulate and communicate credibly with a range of internal and external stakeholders as well as deal diplomatically with a wide range of people.
You will be customer focused and have strong technical skills in terms of understanding of CRM/Learning Management Systems and data management.
