A membership organisation and professional body are recruiting for a Learning Manager to be responsible for the overall ongoing management of learning assets across the professional pathway aligned to the Professional Standards.
Coming from an Awarding or Professional body, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the Awarding Body function in ratifying and awarding learning outcomes, endorsing third-party content and recognising standards of competency, as well as be responsible for all new product development aligned to the Professional Learning Pathway and Professional Standards.
You will have current experience of Instructional Design and/or e-learning course design either in a hands on capacity, or project managing the development of products in this medium.
As someone who has experience of procuring professional development assets, you will develop high-quality, demand-led learning and skills in response to market insight and strategy
You will have experience of leading and managing projects and the ability to work cooperatively with others, both internally and externally in order to develop academic and learner-focused assessment methodology including assessment for learning by negotiating with, and influencing key stakeholders.
