Learning Innovation Coordinator

A leading medical membership body who support the ongoing training and professional development for medical professionals are looking for a Learning Innovation Coordinator on a permanent basis to join its Learning Innovation Team in a multifaceted role. Your responsibilities will range from assisting with the development of educational products to supporting committees and assisting the Project Managers with research and drafting documents.

As the Learning Innovation Coordinator you will be responsible for planning, organising and coordinating tasks that support the whole team across a variety of activities. You will also support the team, including the Director of Learning, with the maintenance and development of new and existing learning products and services. This role with also support committees and forums and work with learning technologists to ensure that the VLE is up-to-date and of a good quality.

To be considered for the role you will need to be able to work independently on a range of tasks, demonstrate initiative and use your strong prioritisation and organisational skills to meet tight deadlines. You'll also need to have experience of managing and supporting committees and excellent interpersonal skills.

You will stand out even further if you have experience working in a medical, healthcare, education or training related organisation but this is not essential. You may have also been involved in publishing or editing previously.

You will take a flexible approach to work and have the ability to use your own initiative and confidence to solve problems and communicate well with both internal and external stakeholders, sharing your experiences and expertise. While the team are working remotely at the moment, they envisage a blended approach of office base working and home based working.
