This is a newly created L&D role working for a Social Welfare charity based a short walk away from Wandsworth station. Reporting to the director of HR and working as part of a team of 5 people you'll be responsible for reviewing and setting up L&D Processes.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing policies and programs to ensure the management framework and culture is linked to the organisations values and mission. In addition, implementation and delivery of learning and development activities, with internal and external stakeholders and bodies will be a huge aspect of this role. As well as ensuring and setting up new strategies and processes, you will also be tasked with ensuring that the minimum compliance and legal training required for care workers is met.
This role offers the opportunity for an experienced L&D professional to set up and develop their processes and strategies in a growing, fast paced organisation. Opportunity to work on projects such as e-learning will also be offered.
Applicants should ideally be CIPD qualified, have worked in fast paced, high turnover culture, with a budget management experience.
