The exciting L&D Manager role will be to lead , design and implement a Learning and Development plan that will be carried out across the organisation. It'll be key in retaining and developing the best talent and ensuring the organisations achieves their goals.
The office is located in west London , close to a train station and numerous bus links.
This key job will be working closely with the Director to provide expertise and leadership within the L&D team. You'll be playing a key role in the delivering of the People and Organisation Development plan.
You'll be managing a creative team of three along with managing the central L&D budget.
To be a success in this role you must have experience of managing a team in an L&D environment. You'll be a skilled designer and trainer with excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to turn strategies into plans along with bringing the best out the team on a daily basis.
The organisation has a number of good benefits which include a 9% pension contribution and 35 days holidays per year.
