This independent charity was founded over 30 years ago and they help build an understanding between the public, private and non-profit sectors. This helps to ensure that all sectors are better governed, informed and understood. Currently they have over 225 members from all sectors. They do this through hosting over 100 events per year, offering leadership programs and even mentoring schemes across all sectors.

The office is modern and located in the heart of Westminster near a number of excellent transport links.

The Leadership Programmes Manager job will play a key role in being the link between the sectors. The job will support in the design, delivery and evaluation of the Leadership programme. You'll work closely with the Head of Leadership to ensure the programmes run smoothly and members are kept informed. You'll also be in charge of recruiting delegates for the programmes offered along with building long term relationships with stakeholders.

Furthermore, other exciting areas of the Leadership Programmes Manager job will be to identify potential improvements to the services offered by the organisation along with working collaboratively with other teams offering ideas and solutions when needed.

The successful applicant will come from a Leadership or Learning and Development background and have experience of running projects simultaneously. You must have exceptional communication and presentation skills along with the ability to adapt to different learning situations. Finally, the Leadership Programmes Manager will need to be willing to work additional hours, travel and attend events.
