A registered charity and independent, not-for-profit corporate membership organisation are recruiting for a Leadership Executive on a fixed term basis for six months, with the potential for extension. Reporting into the Programme Manager, this role presents a unique opportunity for you to work at the interface between business, government and the not-for-profit sector.
As someone with great attention to detail, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the organisation's Leadership programmes and work across a rich and diverse portfolio to arrange seminars, workshops and training events. You will have outstanding customer service skills in order to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to book venues, negotiate rates, develop marketing materials and maintain CRM records.
The organisation's events are currently all being run online so you will be responsible for arranging these and providing technical support should it be needed, as well as preparing timely and accurate evaluation information for programmes and seminars. You will also be required to attend these events to support facilitators and participants both online and in person once face-to-face events resume.
In order to make a success of this role, you will be extremely organised and have experience of working to tight deadlines under pressure and running a number of projects simultaneously. You will have great stakeholder relationship management skills and a strong interest in the value of cross-sector learning and development. Additionally, you will have gained practical experience of coordinating learning and development activities.
